Textures of a Home Series
This is a series I've focused on twice now, once using 35mm film (black and white photos) and digital photography (colored photos). I focus on the textures I can find on objects in both my home and the homes of my family members, and zoom in on them to see what the texture looks like up close. Selected Analogue Photography
Here are some photos taken both with a 35mm camera (black and white photos), and a 4x5 view (referred to sometimes as a large format) camera (colored photos). I fell in love with analogue photography (often referred to as film photography) during my time at the University of Oregon, so I thought I'd have a feature here for some of my favorite photos. While the view camera was terrifying, it creates such clear, detailed photos, that I couldn't resist adding them into the tip of the iceberg of my collection of solely analogue photography.

Belonging Series
This is my newest series, and also happens to be my first recorded time working in a lighting studio. Here, I look at a broad collection of items displayed as a still-life, similar to still-lives curated in drawing classes. I zoom in on different areas of said still-life in order to provide more detail-oriented photographs. While all of the items here are very significant to myself and my identity, I hope to continue this project with items provided by other people as well. This serves as an insight into a person's life without providing a picture of their physicality, because a lot can be told about a person by the objects they hold near and dear to their hearts. Be on the look out for updates to this series!

Landscapes
Everyone loves a good landscape photo, right? As much as Art classes during my undergrad, especially photography classes, put an emphasis on the trend (in a very lighthearted way, granted) that no photographer wants to end up doing calendar photography, I very much enjoy letting myself take a few landscape photographs here and there. This will be an ongoing, ever-updated collection of photos taken during my adventures in traveling, so stay tuned for new pictures!

As one does, my phone eats before I do. Growing up in a family-owned restaurant, I have always been and will always be a self-proclaimed foodie! I love making food, no matter the genre, and I love documenting the food that my family makes. The TDR Project
This series will forever be held close to my heart. I'll return to it over and over again, as long as I have the chance to. I will always cherish the opportunity that was given to me by my family to grow up in a restaurant, where we were always around each other. I will also always cherish the opportunity I had to bring my camera into this space to capture the way that my uncle works, and the way our morning goes before opening. Taking pictures during a family gathering was also such a blessing, so I'm so happy that I was able to do that and incorporate colored photography to this collection. Keep an eye out for updated photos and expansions on this project!
